Welcome to TNIHPL

Welcome to Tamil Nadu Industrial Housing Private Limited (TNIHPL). Incorporated on 30th September 2022 with an authorized capital of Rs. 4.00 Cr, TNIHPL is a collaborative venture with 49% shareholding by SIPCOT, 49% by TNIFMC, and 2% by TIDEL.

Our mission is to serve as the operating vehicle for industrial housing and associated initiatives across the industrial landscape of Tamil Nadu.
