Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation (TNPHC) was appointed as PMC for the project.
Contract awarded for Civil works for a value of Rs. Rs.35.63 Cr inclusive of GST to M/s. Ramana Building Construction Private Limited for this project.
As regards to DTCP approval, High Rise Building (HRB) committee accorded in principle approval for the project (12.01.2024) and DTCP approval was obtained.
