Orientation
Learn your way around campus, meet with an academic advisor, spend time with other incoming students and register for classes—it’s all at orientation, and it’s required for all students.
Freshman Orientation
View orientation dates, register for orientation, review schedules and get ready for orientation on New Student Services’ comprehensive orientation website.
Additional Offerings
Interested in a more in-depth experience in addition to the required orientation? The Texas Exes (the university’s alumni association) offer Camp Texas, a three-day retreat that introduces incoming students to life on the Forty Acres.
There’s also a special International Student Orientation, and parents should consider Family Orientation.
